Hi, I’m Tim. I’ve spent my career inside growing companies, working in and alongside leadership teams as they scaled products, organizations, and themselves. These days, I work with executives who are navigating complexity, growth, and the quieter challenges that come with real responsibility. I’m most interested in how leaders think, decide, and create the conditions for teams to do their best work.

I’ve held operational roles, built and led teams, and lived with the consequences of hard decisions. That experience shapes how I show up. I’m practical, curious, and direct, and I care deeply about helping leaders develop the judgment and autonomy to lead well without burning themselves or their teams out.

I live, work, surf, and raise my family in Guanacaste, Costa Rica with my wife and two boys. When I’m not coaching, you’ll usually find me near the ocean, producing electronic music, learning something new, or thinking about how work and life can fit together a little more cleanly.
